Every new account gets every feature free for 14 days, so you can try VyaparBook on your PC and phone before you pay anything.

Plans and prices

VyaparBook is sold as a yearly subscription for your business: Basic ₹399/year, Plus ₹999/year and Pro ₹2,999/year, in Indian rupees. See Pricing for what each plan includes. A plan bought on Android also works on the Windows app.

How you pay

  • Google Play: plans bought inside the Android app are charged by Google Play (UPI, cards, net banking). Google Play handles the payment, renewal and cancellation of the subscription.
  • Paying Duttatech Solutions directly: payments made directly to Duttatech Solutions by UPI, debit and credit cards or net banking are processed by Cashfree Payments.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. For Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VyaparBook → Cancel. For a plan paid directly, write to tapasdutta@outlook.com. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that. Your data stays in your account.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for unused time when you cancel part-way through a period. A refund is given when a payment was charged in error (for example, charged twice, or after you cancelled) or the plan could not be delivered (paid for but not activated on your account and we could not fix it).

Write to tapasdutta@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge with your registered mobile number and the payment reference (Google Play order ID, or the Cashfree payment ID). We refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approving the request. For Google Play purchases, Google Play's own refund process also applies: you can request one from play.google.com → your order history, usually within 48 hours of the charge.

Price changes

If a plan price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and you will be told before you are charged.
