Do I need a GST number to use VyaparBook?

No. Most shops use it for plain cash bills and khata without GST. If you have a GSTIN, add it and GST bills switch on.

Is VyaparBook free?

Every feature is free for 14 days. After that, plans start at ₹399 per year for one business. See pricing.

Does it work on a Windows computer?

Yes. Install the Windows app from the Microsoft Store. It runs on Windows 10 and 11 and uses the same account as the Android app.

Can I make GST bills?

Yes. Add your GSTIN, set GST per item (included or extra), and the bill shows CGST/SGST or IGST. The GST report exports to Excel for your CA, and to GSTR-1 JSON.

Does it support thermal printers?

Yes — 58 mm and 80 mm thermal receipt printers (Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi on Android; USB or network printers on Windows), plus regular A4 and A5 printers.

Can I use it in Hindi, Tamil or Telugu?

Can my staff make bills?

Can I share bills on WhatsApp?
