Delete Your VyaparBook Account

We respect your right to control your data. You can permanently delete your VyaparBook account and all associated data at any time.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including businesses, invoices, customers, expenses, employees, and payment records will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the VyaparBook app on your device
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
- Scroll down to the "Logout & Account" section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email from the email address registered with your account. For identity verification, you must include:
- The phone number associated with your account
- The registered email address (email must be sent from this address)
- Your registered business name
We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request. Requests that cannot be verified will be rejected to protect account security.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, email, phone number)
- All business profiles you own
- All invoices (created and received)
- Customer and vendor records
- Expense and payment records
- Employee, attendance, leave, and payroll data
- Account and transaction records
- All uploaded files and documents
Processing Time
Account deletion via the app is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
